TPM XLSMART is an internal system owned by PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk, used to manage the company's telecommunication network infrastructure from a single place.

Data We Collect
The system collects only what its operation requires: user identity, activity history, and network records such as IP, router, site, and tower data.

How Data Is Used
Data is processed solely for XLSMART's internal operational needs. Where a project requires it, limited access may be extended to authorised vendors and partners who are bound by contract and confidentiality obligations, and only to the extent their assigned work requires. Data is never sold, published, or released to any other party without written approval from the relevant management.

How Data Is Protected
Access is granted by role, every action is recorded in an audit trail, and accounts that remain inactive are locked automatically.

TPM (Transport Planning & Management) is the network infrastructure management platform of PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk.

What It Does
TPM covers IP address management for IPv4 and IPv6, network topology mapping across routers, gateways, sites, and towers, resource planning for BGP, ISIS, VRF, P2P, and loopback, and project integration with a complete audit trail.

Who Uses It
XLSMART's network planning and operations teams, together with authorised vendors and partners working on assigned projects.

Account Requests
